Tesla is now offering a 20-inch wheel and tire package for the Model 3 in its online store.
According to the item description, “The Model 3 20” Sport wheel and Michelin Pilot Sport tire package provides maximum handling and performance. This package also includes optimized rear upper fore links to ensure proper wheel fitment and ride quality.”
Tesla previously offered a standard 18-inch aero wheel and tire package and an option for a 19-inch sport wheel for $1,500. While many prefer the aesthetics of larger diameter wheels filling the wheel wells, they will likely lower the range of the vehicle.
The new wheel and tire package is $4,000, which includes shipping and installation at the owner’s selected service center.
