Want the new software update for your Tesla? Just ask.
Chief Executive Elon Musk said Thursday in a tweet that the company will add a feature that allows owners to request the latest version of the software.

Over-the-air firmware updates for vehicles currently roll out gradually. It’s not clear exactly how Tesla chooses the order of those batch releases. Watching fellow owners receive an update while you wait for the opportunity is frustrating for many.
It sounds like Tesla will soon allow you to skip the line.
