Jon McNeill, Tesla’s President of Global Sales and Services, has responded on the TMC forum to concerns and complaints over service delays in certified third-party repair shops. Tesla has rolled out Live Chat for it’s MyTesla webpage, aiming to to help owners solve problems more efficiently. The page now includes a red chat bar located in the lower right corner of the screen that enables a live chat with a Tesla representative.
In a recent update, Tesla introduced “Live Status” updates that will let owners see how full a Supercharger station is before arriving. First reported on the TMC forum, the in-car map of Supercharger stations now shows a bar that grows as more and more spots are filled.
