A code snippet discovered on the Tesla site suggests the Model 3 could achieve 0.237 kwh/mile.
If this is correct then the Model 3 will be one of the most efficient EVs on the market. This also works out to a 316 mile range for the 75kwh pack. And over 250 miles for a 60 kwh pack. I still think they may use a 55 kwh for the base, which still works out to 232 miles. Read More
Super excited I got to witness and record a Model 3 up close! In a thunderstorm no less... Thought you guys might want to see this. I saw it from the front and up close in person the new front end design looks great IMO. Let me know if you have any questions, there was definitely a puck shaped sensor on back trunk lid and another antenna hanging below the back bumper with some wiring. Chase car was a model S with a lot of pelican cases and gear in back of the model S. Also when my friend and I arrived to the SC which is at the Cincinnati Tesla store, there was an enclosed trailer leaving the lot like he had just dropped them off to charge and then depart on a long term test drive perhaps...
