Live Chat Added To MyTesla Page

Tesla has rolled out Live Chat for it’s MyTesla webpage, aiming to to help owners solve problems more efficiently. The page now includes a red chat bar located in the lower right corner of the screen that enables a live chat with a Tesla representative.

Supercharger Network Gets Live Status

In a recent update, Tesla introduced “Live Status” updates that will let owners see how full a Supercharger station is before arriving. First reported on the TMC forum, the in-car map of Supercharger stations now shows a bar that grows as more and more spots are filled.

Tesla Redesigns Mobile App

Tesla has launched a completely redesigned mobile application that aims to streamline access to information and frequently used controls. The new design did not add additional features, just cosmetic and interface changes. The redesigned app is now available for both iOS and Android.
