I've seen rumours, but can anyone confirm that Tesla have definitely now disabled app access on pre-2019 firmware vehicles?

The first station I hit was a 150kw station, there were two cars when I got there and none when I left, I was only able to pull about 40kw for the duration.

Sitting at another one right now, which is a 250kw and only getting 65kw.

I’ve preconditioned both times before arrival, temps in the 40’s. The batteries in my model 3 are all dead. I tried to get the frunk to open by connecting a 12v charger to the hidden wires behind the tow hook cover. I got a small clicking sound (I’m guessing it’s trying to open), but it’s not opening. It’s a small click I’m hearing, not the usual louder actuator sound.

These are a perfect
all season tire and have the 3 peak snow rating so there is no need to swap out after winter.
Tires were just installed on 10/29 with proof of purchase included.
Wheels are +40 offset and work perfect on any version model 3 or Y.
Complete as shown with TPMS and all caps/lug covers...
