I am on my way to Norway for a road trip (the second time now ) right now.
We don't have a fixed route planned, but one of the options would be to drive all the way up to Tromsø (from Oslo - Lillehammer - Trondheim). If not, we will stay in the southern region.

I have proper winter tires mounted but unfortunately the snow chains that I've ordered didn't arrive in time and I don't have any on me. I am used to drive on snow, but I have no idea how the conditions will be up...
I am looking at purchasing a used Tesla from Norway and was wondering if anyone knew the specifics on what taxes would be involved to bring it into the EU as I've read mixed reports.
From what I can see if buying a user car from private individual, no import duty or VAT has to be paid for cars being exported from EU/EAA. Does anyone know the list of requirements to be able to import a Tesla from Norway without paying additional import tax or VAT?
There is off-road parking where we are staying but only 240V Schuko charging, so I assume around 10 AMPS / 2.4 kW. If I charge from this overnight will it warm the battery? or am I better to just pre-heat the car instead (will that heat the battery?)
