Mercedes BlueZero E-Cell Sighting

While walking by Tesla's Bing Street headquarter's today, I saw a small silver 4 door Mercedes hatchback with Tesla license plates. It had Roadster style shifter buttons.

Searching the internet, it appears to be a Mercedes BlueZero E-Cell, due out in 2010. It's logical Tesla would be involved in it's development. I just had not seen it reported.

Great scoop! But not even cell phone photos?!?!? Dude! :smile:

We talked about the possibility of Tesla supplying some drivetrain components for that car here (almost a year ago).
