    Has anyone followed up with this lately to see if Duke or Rolling Energy Resources have fixed this?

    Monthly statement shows you "in" and "out" on two line items if you're on the RSL-1 rate. RST-1 have a ton of line items, as you end up with multiple non-sharable buckets. (RST-1 is not a good idea if you have solar).

    I reached out to Rolling Energy Resources and they know they're waking Teslas but call it an "edge case". Definitely do not sign up for this program until they can fix their software.

    Quick update: Rolling Energy Resources knows they're doing this, and says I'm an "edge case". They claim that their pings should not wake the car from deep sleep and are already trying to figure out how to improve it. I've asked to be removed from the program.

    I've just reached out to rolling energy resources about this exact problem -- really bad. I'm estimating those wake-ups are consuming ~$8 a month worth of power (nevermind the constant use of the high-voltage relays wearing out components).
