  • When I was 17 my Father had a 1950 Buick like this one, it had the same grill, bumper, white wall tires, and a single speed transmission I think it was called Dino-drive or something like that, you could never feel or hear it shift speeds, but it was so glass smooth.
    The seats were like your couch at home, thick and comfortable, wish we still had it, that car was really built, we called it the Tank.
    That is very much like my '49. Two bench seats, making this officially a 6-seater. You were close. The transmission is called Dynaflow.
