    Supercharger - Copperopolis, CA (LIVE 31 Mar 2021, 12 V3 stalls)

I was there the week before Memorial day. Took my son to ride the steam train in Jamestown at the Railtown 1897 State Historic Park. Note to buy the ticket in advance online as the train fills up very quickly. Afterward, stop at this SC to charge and have lunch. There are at least 3 eateries...

    Supercharger - Baker, CA

An observation while I was at the Baker Supercharger on Saturday on the way to Vegas. I noted there are two handles that were broken, one does not charge, the other one won't go into the port as the handles seem to have been abused, like dropping on the ground too many times. I swing the broken...

Front and Rear Dashcam Set Up for Model S

I know what you mean. I have 2014 P85D, gen1 hardware so not able to use any of the camera for dashcam or sentry, no side cameras either. I thought about adding side cameras as well for dashcam purposes. My plan was to get two 2 channel systems and use the main camera for from and back coverage...

    Supercharger - Baker, CA

I was just there this weekend on Saturday traveling from Bay Area to Vegas, the temperature was 117°F according to the World's Tallest Thermometer. There is a bathroom right at the Shell gas station next to the Supercharger which is very convenient. I bought some drinks and snacks to support...

Front and Rear Dashcam Set Up for Model S

For the front, there is a constant on power inside the ceiling speaker cover. You can find the instruction online. The rear one I tap into the power line for the liftgate. Make sure you got the right one. So basically I have two independent cameras front and back. For the A119V3 there is no good...

Supercharger - Soledad, CA - Mission Soledad Shopping Center (Permit Issued Mar 2021)

Yes, I meant Highway 25. Somehow I am mixing it up with 26 which is up in the Gold Country.

Supercharger - Olema, CA (location found, in planning approval application process)

Back in October 2020, took my P85D for a weekend stay at Point Reye Station. There are only a couple of level 2 chargers in town that seem to be always someone squatting there. I seem to recall there was a GreenLots DC charger somewhere behind the CowGirl Creamery but have since disappeared. I...

    Supercharger - Sunnyvale, CA - S. Bernardo Ave. (LIVE 3 Apr 2021, 16 V3 stalls)

I have a 2014 P85D with close to 100Kmi. Yeah, the older cars super charging are definitely being nerfed. Interesting observation is I get better speed at the urban super chargers, like the one under the Los Altos under the Wholefoods that only goes up to 75kw. My S also gets better charging...

    Supercharger - Wells, NV

I was at Ely in July 2020. There is only one GreenLot DC fast charger next to the Shell station. I have a CHAdeMO adapter for my P85D. I can't get the DC fast charger to work, keep erroring out. Call the tech support they remote reboot the station still no luck. End up having to use the slow...

Supercharger - Laytonville, CA (LIVE Jun 28, 2019, 8 stalls)

I was at Willits in December 2020. There are 2 or 3 (can't remember) EA chargers in the Safeway parking lot. I have a CHAdeMO adapter in my P85D so I can use those if I needed to. Of course in those neck of the woods, the EV spaces were squatted by pickup trucks.

Supercharger - Soledad, CA - Mission Soledad Shopping Center (Permit Issued Mar 2021)

I drove the 198 from San Lucas then turn onto highway 26 to Hollister with my P85D. It's a great drive, the model S got enough power to come out of a turn quickly and the 4-wheel drive really grips around corners, and of course, on the few stretches of straights I can take off. The 26 especially...

Supercharger - Cupertino, CA - Stevens Creek Blvd (LIVE 17 Nov 2020, 28 V3 stalls)

Update photos taken on Oct 16. Looks like some pedestals are on site now. So there should be no doubt this is a future SuperCharger site. Not sure how many stalls though. Maybe counting the cabinets.

Supercharger - Cupertino, CA - Stevens Creek Blvd (LIVE 17 Nov 2020, 28 V3 stalls)

Latest progress as of 10/4. Cabinets are now on-site under black plastic wrap.

Supercharger - Cupertino, CA - Stevens Creek Blvd (LIVE 17 Nov 2020, 28 V3 stalls)

Took some progress pictures on Sunday 9/27. Looks like additional trenching has been done, some conduit pipes have been laid.

Supercharger - Cupertino, CA - Stevens Creek Blvd (LIVE 17 Nov 2020, 28 V3 stalls)

Dropped by on Sunday during the heatwave to take some pictures. It seems construction has started with fencing and some pavement removal. A large L shaped area in the side parking lot of the newly renovated Target has been fenced off. I am assuming this is where the Supercharger install will happen.
