Got our cheque finally. Originally submitted June 2, same day as delivery, must rush to get in line for our $$. After some talk online, checked my spam, sure enough the application bounced back due to evip mailbox full, resubmitted June 6th, so much for place in line. Called MoF once a month...

Happy to report, arrived back today with 49% battery. So with temperatures ranging from -18 to +6 over the past week, the car drained 22% from 71% since last Friday (10 days). Not sure if it was temperature related, but the drain substantial slowed in the last 4 days.

Unfortunately I have tried hitting the little circle retry button a few times to no avail. A tad bit annoying.

One thing I have noticed and I'm not sure if it's due to the cold or the cell service in the above ground value pakr garage... 9/10 times I open the app the car doesn't awake and I get a connection error. In fact I've only managed to get a status update from the car twice since Friday.

I don't see how that's legally enforceable. It would have to have been included in the rules of the program when people applied. Disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer.

Just filed a complaint as well. I was told by someone with a Model X that they applied for the rebate sometime in July and received it in November. This is heresay though, so take it with a grain of salt. Seems like they are processing Model 3 applications slowly and separately. What annoys...
