Who said anything about court??? That said, the law is pretty clear. It is unlawful to sell something that is not as advertised.

I absolutely agree. It seems to me that too many are prepared to just accept that because the cars are so advanced they may not work that well. In other words they shouldn’t have to work because they are so great.
