My local Ranger is replacing the upper control arm today on my Model 3. He said the Fort Smith SC is built and they are waiting on final approvals to turn it on.

Has anyone tried this (reboot ICU and MCU)? I haven’t accepted the update and don’t want to until I know there is a “fix”

The Arachnids are forged rims. There is no way that rim should crack. My passenger rear tire is leaking air, but I have not yet determined if it's a cracked rim or a tire issue. The other 4 cracked rims were Turbines.

I have, for the first time ever - due to these and other threads, refused the update...I just keep closing the update notice. Hopefully, Elon will improve this soon so I can stop refusing the update.

Out of curiosity, I have air suspension. Does having air vs coils affect the susceptibility of cracking a rim?

5 cracked rims...All in the rear. 3 passenger rear. 2 driver rear 4 of the 5 rims were 21" Tesla turbines. The 5th just happened and it was a 21" Arachnid. Something is wrong here. I try to maintain a 45 psi on all four.

Order placed Mar 7th I honestly don't know when it was assigned. I happen to check my Tesla account and saw the VIN had appeared. Best guess is a few weeks ago around April 3 - 10.
