I initiated ACH from my tesla account after inspecting the car.

I picked up mine from Charlotte on Aug 18th. My ISA arranged for the delivery.

My ISA declined one way car rental or loaner. In fact they did not have a loaner to get back to Showroom in Charlotte after I returned the rental car 2 miles from the showroom. I would check if payment can be pushed through ACH after inspecting the car in Charlotte.

My ISA gave two options - pickup from Charlotte, or wait for a few days/weeks to pickup from Raleigh. One way car rental from Budget using Costco Travel (picked up at RDU Airport) was $70. Paid $10 ($7.50 fare + $2.50 tip) for uber ride from Car Rental to Tesla Showroom.

I would confirm with the IDA or Raleigh SC couple of days before the delivery date that the car actually reached Raleigh. My delivery in Raleigh got rescheduled two times (Aug 1st and Aug 9th) because the car was still in Charlotte. No new ETA because they are still trying to figure out...

Hmm. That explains why my Raleigh delivery got re-scheduled multiple times. Original date was Aug 1st, then got pushed to Aug 9th. IDA confirmed that they are having some organizational issues and the car is still in Charlotte. No new delivery date for now.

Thank you so much for the suggestion. So I did call Raleigh office. They said it was more of an organizational issue between both the offices. They will try to compensate for the poor customer experience.

I was also just told that the car was still in Charlotte. Original delivery was on Aug 1st but was pushed out to today Aug 9th for the same reason. Makes me wonder if the car is in a Service Center waiting on some parts !! VIN# 456xx.

ISA may give a call ~48 hours before delivery. If not, I would call them a day before delivery and ask about contract and vehicle location. I would also ask if the vehicle passed final inspection/review at delivery location, and color/configs of the vehicle. BTW, VIN# from my tesla account...

My ISA called to say that contract was not ready. This is for pickup on Aug 1st in Raleigh, North Carolina. Also she checked in some GPS system and found out that the car got transported to Charlotte, NC instead of Raleigh, NC. New pickup date is Aug 9th in Raleigh, NC.
