I don't really get this thread. Maybe it's just me but my model s interior is by far the nicest interior i've ever experienced. It feels like it was tailor made for my needs. And anyone i've ever showed the car too has absolutely marveled at the tech inside. To each their own I suppose

I ordered 5/31/18 and my estimator shows FP: Mid 2018 AWD: Late 2018 SR: Late 2018. And I spoke with Tesla and they said I'm looking at a July-August delivery for FP so it does seem to make a big difference which option you want.

so essentially Tesla can't keep their story straight. Multiple people have been told it makes a difference whether you want a first production or awd whether you get priority.

I did not. I'm in the market for a first production, not an awd so my question was pertaining to that. I know i've heard people suggest even first production didn't have priority anymore so I wanted to debunk that for myself. But just figured i'd share what i got

I can't speak to awd/p but like i said above I reserved a RWD/First Production 5/31/18 and my estimate says mid 2018 so at least for first production the full priority exists. Seems like it's a lot more first come first serve on everything else though

I literally just reserved 3/31/18 for the first production as an S owner and my delivery estimate shows "Mid 2018" So i'd say priority is alive and well, from what I can tell anyway

So my understand is if an owner could figures now and wants a first production car, they still get priority. Can anyone confirm that?
