I just got my HW3 upgrade done at the new service center is Peabody. Scheduled it using the app, the only trouble was getting the part in took longer than expected so they pushed it out a couple of weeks. Dropped off at 10am and it was ready at 3:30pm, they didn't start working on it...

Hi Jonostastic, have you had any luck with this? I’m in the same boat as I took delivery on Mar 1st and was told exactly the same thing that I would be upgraded free of charge. I’ve reached out to the delivery center a few times and they’ve yet to be able to get it to happpen. Alan

I can attest to this. I had my Tesla done a Q Car Care. Xpel front wrap and Opticoat plus. It looks amazing and the guys at Q Car Care were great to work with.

I have solar on my house as well and thought TOU would benefit me since I generate electricity during the day. However when I called National grid they told me that TOU was not available in my area. I live on the North Shore.

I had a similar problem and it was diagnosed by the techs in California. It turned out that a USB device was the issue. Once I removed it and then rebooted it magically started working. It's worth a try if you have a usb device plugged in.

Just to add my 2 cents. I had the same issue related to a USB drive. When I unplugged the drive and reset again LTE started working and has stayed working ever since. This was after working with Tesla support and they diagnosed it to the USB device. I didn't think there was a chance in hell...

It about 1 day to do. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up the next afternoon. They gave me a rental car. No I had the car for about 2 weeks before I got the time to take it in.
