  • Hi hope you're well. I noticed in the M3 battery thread that you mentioned twice how the energy screen will show 77.8kWh even if you have an 82kWh battery. How do you happen to know that? I literally can't find the sticker in my car so I'm trying to solve this puzzle haha

    I can across some threads about Model 3 rear motors 970, 980, and 990.
    I have a 2018 LR RWD VIN 31XXX and my rear motor is 970.

    People have been questioning if this motor exists.

    Would the 980 vs 970 have the same power?
    What are the other differences between the motors?

    We don’t know much about this motor except that it is IGBT based.
