Hmm. I just had a pair replaced in Washington state and was charged $20 plus tax.

Took my 3 in for service today and mentioned that I had intermittent brake/washer fluid warnings; was told this firmware would fix that. Apologies - didn't note the firmware I was on prior.

I assume they mean a complete refund of $1000+$2500 and losing my place in line. Also asked the ISA to clarify that. :)

Still going back and forth with the ISA but they seem unwilling to "deconfigure" - i.e. refund the $2500 and wait for AWD/P, which is what I wanted to do originally but figured it was worth going first production model for the extra WA state (~$3200) incentive.
