[POLL] For Cybertruck Res Holders ONLY, what type of buyer are you?

Grew up around Rangers, but this’ll be our first capital-T truck. I’m excited for it. Been hauling stuff in the back of the Model S for three years scared shitless about damaging the interior. :D

Did I miss the AP hardware, or do we expect that to be added later?

I didn't see _any_ cameras around the truck during the reveal. I'm guessing those are to be added closer to production. Did I just miss them?

    Cybrtrk RN #

Ordered this morning at 8:30 ET. RN 1128202xx here. Still no email confirmation.

    Who has ordered?

Reserved. I haven't gotten my email yet, but they got me. They got me.

After the M3 Reveal, Who Regrets Their Recent Model S Purchase?

Didn't want to wait for the 3, so I got my S in September. 20k miles later, I regret nothing.

Weighing Tesla-recommended electrician vs non ...

I ended up going with another electrician, rather than the folks Tesla recommends around here. The price came in slightly lower, but I liked working with them a lot more - the Tesla recommended electricians were very aloof, hard to get hold of, and didn't seem interested in the work. On the...

Multi-pattern black seats -- they look great!

Love my multi patterns. Picked it up in September and never once had to hear my fiancee complain about leather seats burning her legs since then. Plus, I'm a big guy, and the bolsters on the next-gen seats dug into my sides during the test drives. 14000 miles down and no problems with the...

Is my Car totaled? 2 Months old and crashed.

So glad you and the family are okay. I remember being in the ordering/waiting thread with ya; so sorry to hear about the accident.

EV Car/My Tesla - An Alexa skill for Amazon Echo / Tesla integration

That's really fracking stupid. Maybe instead of disallowing locks, just require secure devices like HomeKit does. :/

House hunting: what to look for w/r breaker box?

Doing an electrical heavy-up is spendy, especially if you're installing a charge port at the same time, but it's also absolutely worth. My house was built in 1952 and the previous owners were... amateur electricians. It was horrifying. The insulation around the main power in was cracked...

Took delivery a week ago. Only one regret: should have gotten SubZero.

Almost got Subzero and Dual Motors, but I live in VA now, not MA, and when we get an inch of snow everything shuts down. Besides, preheating while it's plugged in reduces so much need for Sub-zero. Sweet Odin's beard is that nice.

When Paying So Much For A Car What Do You Think Should Be Standard?

Honestly, as someone for whom the 60 is feasible (but not by much) I'm glad there's premium options without being premium mandatories.

    Lose pasenger side mirror

I've found that if the arm isn't completely clean, my driver's side window won't "lock" into position. I use that as my reminder to wash the car... ... yeah, I'm heading to my SC soon I guess.

    Supercharger - Woodbridge, VA

Just a heads-up for folks stopping here on the way to/from Thanksgiving - station 1A was completely dead last weekend. It charges for about two minutes before going to a cable fault - At least, it did in my car. I called Tesla and they reported they knew about issues with the SC.

Best Virginia Residential Electric Plan for Tesla?

So, I didn't get in on the Dominion EV charging plan before Sept 1. Am I just hosed? It doesn't seem like they do any sort of off-peak plans at the moment.
