Left a call in with Tesla support on 1/1/18. Since it was a holiday our service center wasn't open, but we spoke to someone at Roadside Assistance who sent our information over to the Service Center and said we'd receive a call in the AM on 1/2/18. Just picked up our Model X 100D on Thursday. Noticed today that the passenger window wasn't going up and down with the opening and closing of the door. Received confirmation from our DS yesterday that our Model X will be delivered on 12/27/2017! Tesla portal updated last night and now reads "Your Tesla has been built and is in transit from the factory."- alicexmn
