Not at the moment. The HOA is aware of this situation, if other residents got EVs then we'll need to adapt and maybe get other type of chargers for buildings that has this functionality.
Well, I'm not really concern about that at the moment. Anyways, you can configure the charger to function in a particular schedule, let's say, only from 8pm to 8am when my car is most likely parked there.

I decided to install a ChargePoint Home Flex that it's directly connected to the building circuit, which made the whole installation much easier.
The arrangement with the HOA was to pay all my energy consumption every quarter; the ChargePoint mobile app provide this information.

I noticed my Model 3 2021 doesn't have a rest food pedal, it's just carpet and the floor liner is not covering so after two months of use it's pretty messy.
Any recommendation or product I can use to cover this area?

My meter is located also in the 8th floor, I took the readings from there every month.
