Does the Solar ITC cover RV's, even if it's not primary residence?

I don't know about Fort Worth, but many communities have zoning and occupancy laws which would restrict how garages or other buildings are used. At the very least, most jurisdictions would require permits and inspections when converting a garage to a living space.

So, are the skirts easily removable? What happens when leaves get clogged up under the panels? Any way to wash or blow them out with those skirts on there? Not sure I'd want them on my panels. They do look good though.

As a child in SE Texas, I grew up in houses with attic fans before the days of air conditioning. They do help to cool the house in the evening and at night. What I remember most about them is how much dust they brought into the house. :)
