If you have a Fedex freight account is the cheapest way. But you have to package them in 2 boxes you can get the boxes from Home Depot. Then go to the fedex account put the information of the destination and the dimensions of the box and weight. Probably the cheapest way i ever seen until now...

if you haven't found a wheel you can find the in (car-part.com), they are selling them for 200$ but only they sell one unit of wheel, they don't sell the whole 4 unit together. good luck
