    Tesla Roadster II in Australia

Not sure if it’s old news. There is a reservation page for the Roadster: https://www.tesla.com/en_au/roadster I’m reading it as $66k reservation fee today, final car price to be advised IF the car lands in Australia. Has anyone here placed a deposit? Still sore from the Cybertruck episode...

    My Tesla experience

M3P hands down. Very confident in turns and roundabouts, but trades off comfort In our D grade roads. MYP is the balanced choice between enjoyment and family duties If you can stretch to a MYP. MY is no sloth either.

    My Tesla experience

You can definitely see the stars through the roof, just not the same effect as a clear glass. One pet peeve is there are suction marks on the glass, specifically on the windscreen. These are not removed after the glass is installed.

    My Tesla experience

Visibility and tint at night is the same to my naked eye. I have a MY specific inflatable bed from Ali and a tow hitch, towed and camped once. Not sure how you camp in a M3 though.

    My Tesla experience

Thought I’ll provide brief commentary of my Tesla experience, may relate to some. This post is of my views, and I do not intend to impose my views on anyone. I currently own 3 Teslas, 2022 M3P, 2022 MY and 2023 MYP, prior I had a 2021 M3 SR+. I have a MX Plaid and CT on order. I am no Tesla...

2023 Australian Model Y Window Tinting

For the folks who park outside and have scheduled departure, the demister may operate, risking bubbles in the tint.

    Colored PPF?

It’s mate’s pricing, 6K. i do know similar joints are quoting 8K for Suntek, 10K for Flexi, in Sydney and Melbourne. I’ll stay a mile away if someone tells me it lasts forever. Like a good ceramic coating, preparation is key. Standard warranty is 9 years for both. I had one on my SQ7 for 7 years...

    Colored PPF?

Suntek and Flexishield are available in Australia. Flexishield is very new in Australia and comes in many colours. I encounter stones flicked from trucks in where I live, so I find them useful in preventing stone chip damage. The preparation is equally important to the PPF quality, so make sure...
