    Software update bricked my car

    Similar issue. Paid $1,500 for the new MCU(?) 2.5 months ago. The most recent update appears to have completely fried/bricked both batteries. $12,000 to fix, and I can't imagine they're going to offer any guarantees that it won't happen again.

    Just out of curiosity, how many copies of each song are on the drive? For example, I categorized my songs into artist folders, and then have a couple of playlist folders. Some songs, I have 3 copies of because it is in 3 different folders (artist, playlist1, playlist2). Maybe in your case...
