Aloha, Unfortunately it has been terrible to receive service. My auto is on the Big Island and has a defective paint job; in one month it will be 1 year that I have been trying to get this issue resolved. It is a big issue, and I feel they are just ignoring me as they don't know how to remedy.

Mine is a 2019. I would think range increase applied to model type and not year.

Interesting. I have a 2019. I don't understand why some years would get the increase and not; I thought it would be model specific.

Aloha, I am still only able to get a max charge of 310. I thought the software update was to increase to 320. Is it just me, or is anyone else still at 310? Thanks, AnaBanana
