Elon Musk is in Belgium today... Not disclosed yet, But very likely he Will attent (very short) this event! Remember Belgium is a small country and antwerp less then 100 Miles from Tilburg (Factory of Tesla in the Netherlands) -

15 minutes Charging for 400km (250miles)
Today Porsche claimed to bring in 2017 a car that Will drive 500km on a single charge and that Will charge in 15 minutes up to 400km (80%). This would BE due to 800 volt batteries in stead of the standard 400 volt. no need for supercharger... Hopefully tesla Will bring something Like that soon...- AndyP
