The hours on the in car nav are correct. The outlets security has gates that are locked at night and you can't get to the chargers

All 76 chargers are open now. I just used one of the new ones this weekend and the site was almost full around 1:30pm on a Sunday

Drove to this location yesterday. When it comes online I would get food first unless you want Denny's and then start your charging session.
