Interesting enough, my issue in the M3P was due to an error in the overhead console. Tesla replaced the overhead console and the new owner was completely happy. Go figure...

Will this work with the Plaid? I'd like to install my Apple TV in the car and have it connect directly via an HDMI cable.

I have the same problem. I read in another thread that a guy had to have his firmware updated at the Tesla SC. I just sold my car and it sucks that this happened. I setup a Tesla service appointment and the soonest I could get was the first week of October. I'm hoping that Tesla will call me and...

I'd just like to have access to my Apple Music and Apple TV app in my Tesla. I love driving on Tesla's AutoPilot, so I really don't care about connecting my phone to the car. I just would like Apple's streaming content natively within my Tesla.
