Clean the concrete really well, power wash would be idea. If the concrete is smooth rough it up with a grinder for the adhesive to still properly.

We don't lock the doors while in the garage, never has been an issue.

I would pdr it and touchup paint. That looks like primer gray, not base metal, so touch up.

Get on the local auto grapevine and find the best paintless dent removal business. They'll be able to say if they can fix it or not. If they can it'll be way less than what you have been quoted. What do you have to loose?

Unless the previous owner paid for the upgrade and didn't get it done before he sold the car, you're not likely to get it for free. As of this late date, it is most likely that SC management is quite aware that the upgrade is not going to be free.

You could use a stylus or similar object and rub the area of the pixel. Being careful not to apply to much pressure, this method could "unstick" the pixel.

Have you checked the valve core and stem? The stem could be loose and the core might need to be replaced.

Look at the retention clips on the aero covers see if they are uniform in how they are spread to grab the wheel. Also, potholes are not your friends, but the 18" wheels are better at handling than the larger wheel sets.

There are rubber bump stops under the deck lid you can hand tighten or loosen to lower or raise the deck lid. That might get you what you want. Otherwise, it looks fine to me.
