I came out of a WRX into my M3P and I feel the handling characteristics to be pretty similar in normal settings (understeers like a pig at the limit). I haven't fooled around with track mode much yet, I am interested in messing around with it when the weather gets better.

Well said and agreed on all points. I only trust the CC (and trust is a word I use loosely) on straight interstate driving. And when I do that I do bump the follow distance some to give a better error margin (move the right scroll wheel left/right to adjust while CC is enabled)

Just go anywhere. All they do is test the belts/lights and plug into the OBD2.

For me I got VIN about a week out of delivery, then got bumped with the Thanksgiving holiday, depends how far away you are. Being in Dallas I'd plan on a week or so of travel unless the car is already in TX. And this week will be rough as there won't be as many haulers moving cars around.

Nope, took delivery on 11/30, so I'm taking it on the keyster, no different then any other mfg at the end of the year, sometimes you just miss the deals by a day. Cherry on top, I had them install my homelink module today when I was already a MyQ user.

Fair enough, was just asking to see if there was any documented efficiencies, we have town electric with no time windows (and cheap electric, .146/kWh) I don't have any issues with time at this point, so I guess I'll just leave well enough alone. @Watts_Up we have an electric hot water heater.

I picked up my 3P on 11/30 and currently I have the home charger hard-wired on a 40A circuit, so I'm charging at 32A every night. The wire from the panel is a 6 gauge, which is capable of 50A, would it be worth it to have the breaker upgraded so that I could charge the car at 40A instead of 32...

Even if it was there the car still knows it's a '23 and isn't supposed to have it. I'd assume the computer to ignore them even if you put them in.

Picked her up this morning :) I was actually shocked how wide this is compared to my WRX which I didn't notice until pulling into the garage. Only minor panel gap issue I see is that it seems like the hood dips down a bit in the middle.

Only thing that sucks was I took this afternoon off to go get it, and was going to take my youngest with me. I won't be able to do that on Wednesday, in the rain. On top of that I had to call the insurance company and un-cluster-f that ordeal which took a while, they also lied to me which is a...
