I have to disagree. This doesn't apply to your scenario. This guy is not unplugging other cars when the charge is complete. He is troubleshooting why his car is not charging....and causing other cars to interrupt their charge.

Yeah, Apparently the car that was parked before that stranger was using port 1 when I arrived. So I had no choice but to use port 2 for mine. /Sigh. another frustration I have to deal with.
