I should add one irritating issue. Perhaps the way I place my hands when driving, but I frequently activate the turn signals or wipers inadvertently. Hope I can train myself to avoid this as the turn signal issue will irritate those following my car.

Woo Hoo! I've got a VIN: 5YJSA1E54MF440xxx. EDD has been 9/2-14 for six days now. Off to Tesla tomorrow to try to nail down a smaller range and determine if a Tesla offer for my 2015 P90D is reasonable. If not, I'll try eBay.

It wouldn't be the color, but the structure of the wheel itself that may need regulatory approval.

Appreciate all these updates but they're not particularly helpful unless the poster specifies their RN number, exterior and interior colors, and tire size. Those of us who are waiting are looking for this information to provide clues for our own deliveries.

Interesting that most of the people posting this morning going from August to blank are from Maryland. What's that all about? I'd be picking up in Owings Mills if they ever ship my car.

Re: sound levels....Just for dB comparison. I've got a 2015 P90D with fairly new Michelin tires. On an asphalt highway at 70 MPH using an iPhone with the Decibel X app I show 82-86 dB. At 30 MPH I show 76-80 dB
