I agree. You get used to it quickly. I'm not saying a stalk isn't welcome as well. But, it wouldn't keep me from otherwise genuinely enjoying the car. Really loving the S Plaid.

From a standstill right around three seconds when I hit 80.

Did gaffer's tape on the other rear seat. No rattles at all from either at this point. Aesthetically the small amount of black tape looks good as a fix when exposed with the seats down.

Thanks for the update. While this wasn't an issue for me, I think this kind of thing will potentially help a bunch of people down the line.

I wonder if this due to a new higher efficiency tire that will start being put on the regular S that has a lower speed rating.
