See my earlier post. You can do test drives in Troy. I did. Probably not on a Model 3 for some time. Regarding the AWD, I wouldn't have bought my Model S without it in Michigan, unless you've got a backup car for snowy/slick days.

Yes. Shedule a test drive online at Tesla.com and they'll call you to coordinate a drive at Somerset in Troy. I did it twice before buying my Model S.

Bob - any idea how they got it to work? My Model S is brand new (last Friday) and it has all the problems you described from your post back in March. It's a surprisingly terrible execution of satellite radio by Tesla.

Like you, I'm in Michigan. I ordered on 5/10, received confirmation on 5/17, production started on 6/2. It's currently "under production". It's odd that I would've ordered after you, but I'm further ahead in production. I ordered a 90D. I can only assume it's because you got a 100. I bet...

It's terrible, isn't it? I have a quote from Progressive for $6400/year. Yeah, you read that right. Getting a decent insurance rate for a Tesla in Michigan is tough!

I have the same question. I drive a lot, so could go to any shop in the Detroit metro area.
