I'd say so.
1 - used model S's are few and far between as Tesla isn't producing any new ones right now.
2- as energy costs keep going up...free unlimited supercharging is worth more and more.
By manually disconnected I mean you went into the Tesla touchscreen - then actually clicked disconnect phone on the Tesla touchscreen, then tried to remove older devices once nothing is connected currently?

I had the same problem. Here's what worked for me:
1. Created a service appointment.
2. Tesla responded saying that memory folders are 80% full and this causes the vehicle to have strange behavior. They said they cleared unnecessary files and that after an OTA, the problem should be fixed.
