So it’s completely normal for the technicians to arrive to replace a part and not have the part? I completely understand that some wind noise is to be expected but for such a premium vehicle there should be at least an adequate attempt to fix the problem -

Sorry for the rant but I am beyond frustrated. This is the 4th service appointment without repair of a simple issue. I have had wind noise from my front right window since I received the vehicle 3 years ago. Mobile service did not have any parts to repair the window seals on first visit and...
