Lucky you !!! I could not find any match for 7 seater SR when I checked with my SA and neither he had answers for estimate date for my existing order. Only when I called customer care, they said there is no match found for my config and there is no guarantee that factory would make new builds...

I called my local Tesla store number which directed me to a customer care, I guess these numbers connects to a local store only if you know party's extension otherwise it goes to a general customer care.

Some customer reps are really good at using their tools .. call and have them do a soft match for you to get an estimate. If you're following reddit or FB groups, you would see ppl with paid color options are asked to change their configuration to find a match. I have not officially gotten any...

First of all Congratulations .. You get VIN a match when a vehicle with the same configuration readily available in nearby SC, not necessarily a rejected vehicle. At the worst case, even if it is rejected, don't think Tesla is going to give the same car to another customer unless it is fixed...
