I know a cold battery would affect the rate, but both times car had been driven 100+ miles before charging so battery should have already been warmed. Wasn't expecting a big difference just because the drop in ambient temp.

Stopped at Rockford Supercharger to charge on trip to Wisconsin, plugged in to 1A and slowly got to 300 mi/hr as anticipated. On my return trip stopped again but this time could not get anymore than 195 mi/hr. Both times started at 20% but the temperature had gone from 50 deg. to 25 deg. Jumped...
