Rotating Tires question

I picked up my Model 3 in late December. The mobile service tech told me that I can schedule free maintenance at 10,000 miles which will include tire rotation.

Is any special two sided tape need to mount a EZ Pass license plate transponder behind the bumper on my Model 3?

I am having a Homelink installed in my new model 3. Our house has two garage doors. Can Homelink be programmed to open each door?

Expecting Deliver of a Model 3 at the end of the month

I am excited to experience Tesla ownership. Fortunately I am retired so I will have time to research accessories, read the owners manual, and participate in this forum. Anxious to see all the features of the car.
