Audio sound level outide the car

same here. I regularly hear phone conversation of other Tesla car next to me at the traffic stop. both cars have windows up. It means that noise comes into the cabin as well as leaks.

    Driving in icy/snow condition

Do you replace the continental all season tire with WRG3 ? is WRG3 a good replacement for all year driving ? I do not like the idea of changing tires back and forth.

What is the Wh/mile number to achieve Rated Range on an X?

From the following pictures, you see that there are 207 Rated mile left. From the usage page, the usage is 284wh/mile and projected range is 236 miles. So the Rated mile = 284 * 236 / 207 = 324 wh

    What's your home charging setup?

I use a 6-20 socket. @ 10miles/h charging rate, it is more than enough for everyday use. I leave the UMC on the socket except for trips. Out of 5 long trips, I never have to use it: supercharger or destination charger is good enough.

Vampire Drain - normal losses ?

I wrote my own script based on teslajason.py to query https://owner-api.teslamotors.com for car status. The script hit the server once every 10 minutes. Now it is once every 30 minutes. I did not use teslaLog.com. But I believe the wake up mechanism is the same. how often did you log your...

Vampire Drain - normal losses ?

I have noticed similar vampire current with X90D lately. I used to query the car status every 10 minutes. the loss is about 10 rated miles/days. I back it down to 30 minutes, the loss is almost gone, i.e about 2 miles/day. Keep waking the car up does have a penalty. Can you change your...

how much voltage drop do you see

Definitely, part of the 48A flows from solar PV panels, which is likely attached to the garage and suffers very little voltage drops. if you have a large system like 10KW, then almost all will be from PV and you pull little from the grid. I saw the same on my PV system too.

how much voltage drop do you see

thanks, no need for 16A data point. Your #10 wire is very good. I am supposed to have the same wires and about the same length, yet 30% higher resistance.
