sorry but several cars on road. First Model S 85 already 18 motnhs on road. Doing cell swap wrong, you will fail like Jason. Without proper measurements and preparing USED (not new) cell, there is no reason to fail ever.- BIZTEam

Problem is fully reverse engineered and debunked. It is safety mechanism because battery is in defect. Repair the battery and then reset BMS. Hi I got P85 out of warranty with unique battery issue. Let me start: 2 monts ago, battery reported BMS_u029 error - "Maximum battery charge level reduced".
