Here is a picture of a car in Norway delivered with this bar behind the seast fixed. Still hooks to see:)Obviosluy there are different versions of this. I would defently ask for a new on if I get one covering the hooks, it must also then be way to fare back from the seats stealing luggage room!

No, if you look at the shape of this it is mounted just behold the back of the seats and the shape makes it impossible to be mounted so that it covers the hooks

Sorry for pore pictures, it was so dark and my mobile does not have the best camrea (Iphone 6;( The gap apperes when floor panel is put in low posision:( To me, there should have been a 3. floor panel covering the "well" since floor panel does not cover up good, it is an 1 ince or so too high...

@beths11 If you could take a picture of the trunk in lowest posision also, I have not seen this in pictures yet, I mean a picture were the floor behind the seats are taken out and the other lowered to the lowest posision. Until now I have only see this in upper posision or taken out:)

Regarding the unfinished look, could it is still be that there is a part missing? If you have a close look at the picture from Design Studio, added a lot of light, it shows some kind of edge across, just behind the seats. It makes sence. As it is now, small parts will easily run under the seats...

I wonder if this is the production solution or preproduction car? To me it seems the upper floor is missing (ref attached picture from DesignStudio) or could it be that we see this in lower position? To me what we see behind the 2. row seat looks like the fix floor over the engin/inverter...
