    Car Unable to Charge

So, I’ve replaced the fuse 3 times and it’s blown again. It seems to happen after a heavy rain storm, whether I am charging or not. Don’t know if the rain is actually playing a part or coincidental. Has anyone looked further into the chargers to see what could be the root cause? I’m thinking...

    Supercharger - Lafayette, LA

I just charged at the supercharger. I rolled up, and the pedestals were dead. As I was sitting there calculating if I wanted to drive back to Baton Rouge or sit at a L2 charger for 2-3 hours a guy got out of a Chevy truck parked next to the SC site and knocked on my window. He was from Tesla and...

    Supercharger - Lafayette, LA

I stopped by the Lafayette Supercharger yesterday on my way through to Houma and the lights were on, but got the unable to charge message. Tonight it shows up on the in car map. When you click on it it shows that’s it’s “Temporarily Closed”

    Supercharger - Huntsville, TX

The Huntsville SC is having some major issues. I tried to call Tesla on Friday and Sunday about it, but the waits were over an hour both times. Both 2 A&B are out of commission although their lights are on. 3 A&B the lights are off, but they do deliver some power, but not much. 1A and 1B are...

Texas Electrify America fast charging locations

I think it will look similar to the current J-1772 adapter, but have the DC pins on the bottom and maybe a small section for some electronic boards and possibly a battery.

    Supercharger - Boerne, TX

But why put Tesla chargers in when they can wait until CCS is the national standard and then put in CCS chargers.....

    Supercharger - Boerne, TX

There were some interviews with the people who run Buc-ees when they were opening their Katy store. They said that their newer stores are ready to install chargers when they feel the time and technology are ready(I read this as, Whenever a standard is officially set). Apparently the conduits are...

    Supercharger - Fort Stockton, Texas

So, I kind of jokingly posted this. Now I saw on Linkedin that Tesla will have a booth at an expo at the GRB in Houston for a convention that boosts women in engineering. In the picture, there is a picture of the semi. Maybe they are bringing the semi to Houston for the convention?

    Supercharger - Fort Stockton, Texas

Here's a possibility for the haste of now completing this supercharger.... They are about to drive the semi across I10 and need the supercharger for it.

I'm guessing this thread will be 100 pages by the time the end of September....

    Anyone using Griddy for electricity?

Can you clarify this for me? If I added 60 kW/Hr to the grid in the middle of the day, and the rate was $0.10 kW/hr, I would get credited $6.00? How do the Centerpoint charges of $0.038711 per kW/Hr get totaled? by monthly net usage?

    Anyone using Griddy for electricity?

On the real time settlement prices page, what exactly are we looking at there? Is that the cost per MW/h?

    Do SC's have backup generators?

Texas Supercharger Locations (location speculation, discussion)

I think that 20 openings could be manageable. A few months ago Tesla was looking for a person for a position based in Houston titled Supercharger Construction Manager, South region. Said the person should be able to manage up to 20 projects at a time. In the Stockton SC thread, someone posted...
