Sadly I have to agree. I was originally drawn to buying a MY to save on gas and bcs of the no sales tax. Knowing the rebate might start again on July 1 was an incentive for me to order early and try to time it right. If it was 5k I “may” consider pushing the order and getting back in line, but...

I emailed my SA yesterday and said if the rebate is only 2k (because MY is over 45k) then I’m not waiting until July and I’ll take it as soon as it’s ready. He replied “see you in June” - apparently still confident they will fufill all Q2 orders before July 1.

What is it up to now? At this point even if I can get the 2k rebate its not worth it bcs the reorder Id have to pay the $100 again and all the price increases since I ordered in April.. it will just eat away at the rebate. I’m currently saving up 2k in cash to offset the rebate I won’t get, lol

That's why my SA said if push comes to shove they can cancel my order, I pay the $100 again (and any price increases since my order) and they make the order date 7/1 and assign my car thats sitting in the lot to fill that order. He said it sounds complicated but it's not. I hope it doesn't come...

My order daye has been jumping around like crazy byt recently got pushed up from june 10-30 to now May 31-June 20. I need to take delivry July 1 for the rebate - do u suggest I have my SA hold my account now until June and then open it back up for try and push for a later delivery?

So now its just the problem of what if they give us a delivery date in June? Do we pass, ask them to hold?

I have a question, I submitted my trade in info and now they want the title and drivers ID to validate it. If I drag my feet on submitting those things will it delay me matching with a VIN? Or could I be matched with a VIN while still not having the trade in and insurance info completed?

Hahaha thats true! Everytime I bring up questions regarding the rebate and delivery after July 1 they stop replying, whatever, if they want the sale they’ll figure out how to make it work, I’m hoping.. lol

Do u remember the SA’s name? I’m working with them too and constantly reminding them aboit July 1. I’m really hoping for a June 30 delivery date and pick up on July 1 🤞
