Anyone know where the supercharger at Lyndhurst (Cleveland) showroom is?

Thanks. Unfortunately I don't have a J1772 adapter. I rented my car out on Turo and he decided to ignore the battery until now. He's very close to the SC, but only has 23 miles left. I told him to take to the SC and if they can't charge him they'll at least help him get the roadside service...

Anyone know where the supercharger at Lyndhurst (Cleveland) showroom is?

Thank you. Sunday the SC is closed but the showroom is open. Would they be able to charge me in the showroom?

    6 vs 7 seats, 2nd row movement

You might want to have it looked at. I gave more details above, but while the levers appear to be mechanical releases, they're actually computer controlled. We had defective seats that had to be replaced due to issues with the mechanisms. I'm told that they use a new manufacturer and that the...

    6 vs 7 seats, 2nd row movement

I know you've gotten a lot of replies, but I'll just add my 2¢. First, all aspects of the 2nd row seats are, as you put it, semi-electrically assisted. There's a bar on the side for reclining and another on the bottom from for forward and backward sliding. These both sorta kinda act like manual...

Anyone have any ideas for reseting 2nd row seat?

For anyone who comes across this in the future, I've found a way to get the seat working again, though it always seises up again shortly after. I've been able to do a hard reset and as the car is powering up again, there's about a half a second where it completely unlocks and I can put it into...

Anyone have any ideas for reseting 2nd row seat?

It’s hard to describe, but the levers are limp, as if they aren’t connect to anything. They just kinda flop. Looking under the seat it’s clear that they are connected to a computerized switch and don’t actually move the mechanism.

Anyone have any ideas for reseting 2nd row seat?

No, it doesn’t move in either direction and the back (which is 45° down) won’t move up or down either.

Anyone have any ideas for reseting 2nd row seat?

New 7-seat configuration, the single (passenger-side) 2nd row seat gets locked halfway down. The SC wouldn't tell me how to reset it. They can do it very quickly, but they're an hour away. A new seat has been ordered, but who knows how long that can take. It's like the seat has no power. The...

I’ve seen lots of reports about stuck 3rd row, but I have a stuck 2nd row

Thanks, everyone. I’m hoping to hear back on Monday. It’s not just the button. The levers don’t work either.

I’ve seen lots of reports about stuck 3rd row, but I have a stuck 2nd row

Anyone have any suggestions? I’ve got a new 7-seat configuration, the passenger side is stuck halfway down. It seems like it has no power, the button does nothing and the levers feel limp. All of the cables appear to be plugged in tight. Soft and hard reset do not resolve the issue. Any suggestions?
