    Gray tiles on navigation screen ( no outage related)

    Here is the latest ! After I deleted all previous destinations on the NAV as instructed by Tesla I got notification: Navigation system needs service! Maps not loaded! The car is back to the SC today .... I am losing my patience....

    Hello again, Tesla service advisor after talking with engineering called and asked me to delete ALL previous destinations on the Nav screen to free up memory . ( 3 years worth of addresses) . They think that would take care the problem.. I will have an update after my drive to work tomorrow...

    Still waiting for a resolution to the issue. Service advisor didn't call me back yesterday. Had to follow up this morning... Tesla is becoming KIA !!!! I was told unable to get you back to an earlier firmware version either!!!

    I am on version 17.14.35 classic 2014 S 85 , No autopilot... I am wondering if they can roll me back to whatever version had NO problem...
