$1,000 Order Fee added to my update Plaid + Order

You think that is bad? A Model S Long Range AWD on the US site is $79,000 (without options). At the current exchange rate, that converts to $101,200CAD. But, the car is on the Canadian website for $114,990CAD, so about a $14,000CAD difference ($11,000USD). There is just no way I'm paying more...

Subtle closed charge port door noise

Deal breaker? If I was sleeping in the car and got hung up on the faint clicking sound, I think I'd just use some foam earplugs. Compared to an ICE car rolling down the road, the M3 produces much less noise

I’m curious to know what you lost ($ value and % of purchase price) on your Model X after one year. The SA at Tesla Palm Desert just told me that the 3 year, residual on a model X is 49%. I’d say after 8 years you’d be lucky to get 15% of the purchase price. While Tesla makes a great electric...

Model 3 Mid-range is Best for Road Trips?

Based on what I am reading on this forum, supercharger use is hard on the battery if used regularly and especially if you charge to 100%. At least that is what the SA told me on a Model 3 test drive in Palm Desert this week. I live in a Canadian city that sees -35C weather occasionally and -20C...
