Same here. I have been looking everyday and as the OP said I have seen 8.5 but not 18. It was available mid-july for a few days and then once I made a decision to buy this went away. The Tesla store guy mentioned that LA county is giving this away for free now so everyone there is getting it so...

My VIN disappeared too and I wish I wrote it down. Delivery is in a week and I gotta get the insurance.

Btw for folks waiting to pick up, I was successfully able to call my Telsa Advisor and get the $3K price adjustment.

The LR AWD with no upcharge (White Exterior, Black Interior, 19" wheels, no FSD) - location is Paramus.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and just saw my VIN pop up on the Manage page. Now trying to get in touch with Tesla to get the $3K rebate. As expected my Tesla Advisor is ghosting me :)
